This award is our most unique. It is granted each year to recognize under-appreciated excellence in any film in any category from any year at least 5 years before the current Dilly Selection Period. A Time-Traveler Nominated Film cannot be nominated more than once. 

The winner of the Time-Traveler Award dictates the art-design of the following year’s ceremony.
